Drake Team Interviews Students
The Drake & Company Staffing Solutions team recently had the opportunity to conduct mock interviews with students from a local middle school. We welcomed the opportunity to step out into the community and meet with area students.
Overall, our team was impressed by the goals and aspirations the students displayed, and how the students presented themselves as young professionals with resumes and portfolios. “The students came prepared with well thought out answers. They were very positive throughout the entire experience,” said Account Manager and Senior Recruiter Lynette Peck.
The students were asked not only about future goals, but how they planned to achieve those goals. Another question focused on what the students felt make them a good fit for the career they hoped to have in the future. Career aspirations for the middle school students included sports medicine, nursing, engineering, venture capitalism and Broadway.
